What it can bring you
What you pay, what you gain.
If you use it in your business
$340
Total cost, paid once · 1 unit: product + hardware
What you pay
You see fermentation continuously, without sampling every tank by hand. The software is paid once for the whole winery; the hardware, per tank.
How is this calculated?
190 (single price, every use) + 150 (indicative hardware, per tank) = 340, once. No fees; updates included.

The problem
300 hours per harvest measuring density by hand.
During harvest the winemaker measures each tank's density by hand once or twice a day: around 300 hours per season with 40 tanks (our estimate). Stuck fermentations are spotted late.
How it works
Continuous Densimeter installs in the tank and measures density (specific gravity or Brix) non-stop. It sends the curve to your phone and alerts you when a fermentation stalls or ends.
Place the probe in the tank.
It continuously measures density and temperature.
See the curve on your phone and get alerts if it stalls or ends.

FAQ
What does Fermentation Monitor measure and how do I see it?
It measures density (specific gravity or Brix) continuously, with no manual sampling. The curve and alerts reach your phone, and a dashboard shows all your tanks.
Does it alert me if a fermentation stalls?
Yes. It alerts you when a fermentation stalls and when it ends.
How does it go into the tank?
It goes in through the tank opening. You need access to it, an internet connection at the winery and a power outlet.
Does it work for breweries?
Yes, also for craft breweries: it measures fermentation density.
What does it cost with 40 tanks?
One price: $190, one-off, for every use, with updates included. Hardware is bought separately, from about $150 per tank, so the total depends on how many tanks you monitor.
When do I get my licence?
Within 12 hours of payment you receive your licence by email with a private link to the software and documentation. If it is late, you get your money back.
I am a consulting winemaker: can I install it at my clients' wineries?
Yes. The single price already covers installing it for your clients and charging them for the service yourself. The only thing it does not include is reselling the software on its own.
Can you install it for me?
Yes, optionally and as quoted: remotely anywhere or on site depending on your area. Periodic updates are included in the price.
