FAQ

Do I need a specific drone?

You need a small camera drone, which is not included. The package lists the drones that work, with links and prices; if you already own a compatible one, you buy nothing.

Do I need a flight permit?

It depends on where you fly: where required you need pilot certification and must follow local flight rules (FAA Part 107 in the US, EASA in the EU). The licence does not include or replace them.

What do I get at the end of the flight?

The app flies the drone over the plot, counts the fruit with AI and delivers estimated kilos by plot and variety, with a report per plot.

Does it work for any fruit or variety?

It is calibrated by variety using a few trees, and the guide shows you how. Which crops are covered, we tell you when you buy.

How much does it cost?

One price: $190, one-off, for every use, with updates included. You supply the drone, and installation is optional and quoted.

When do I get my licence?

Within 12 hours of payment you receive your licence by email with a private link to the software and documentation. If it is late, you get your money back.

I run yield estimates for co-ops and farms: can I use it with my clients?

Yes. The single price already covers using it with your clients and charging them for the estimates yourself. The only thing it does not include is reselling the software on its own.

Can you set it up with my drone?

Yes, optionally and as quoted: setup with your drone and training, remotely anywhere or on site depending on your area.
